Create a new eProposal and give it a name, or open an existing draft to edit.
Select a Property
If you have access to more than one property, select a property from the drop-down menu. This step is unnecessary if you have access to only one property.
Select Create/Edit
Select Create/Edit > eProposal from the main navigation or I want to ... Create/Edit an eProposal from the Welcome page.
Create a New eProposal
The Select eProposal field defaults to New Proposal.
If a Sales & Catering system integration is being used (i.e., Amadeus Delphi®, Marriott's CiTy, or Hyatt® Envision), the relevant fields, including your ‘rates and dates', will be pre-populated for you.
If your eProposal is configured for two languages, you will see a drop-down list containing those two languages on any page that requires you to enter content. To take advantage of this feature, you must first create content in one of the available languages, such as English, for example. Then you must select the other language, perhaps Chinese or Spanish, from the drop-down list on that page and proceed to create content in that language. If you have created stored content in your second language, it will appear when you toggle to that language.
In Step 1 - Compose, toggle between your two languages here:

Edit an Existing eProposal
You can edit any saved eProposal draft that has not been sent to a client. To edit a draft or previously saved eProposal, choose it from the Select eProposal drop-down list and your data for that proposal will appear. Proceed to edit and/or complete the eProposal.
When editing an existing eProposal, after you have completed all the steps the first time, you can jump to any step from any other step to get to the area you want to edit by clicking in the top navigation.

eProposal Name
Enter a name for your eProposal, keeping in mind that it will appear as the subject line of the email you send to your client and will appear after the salutation in the Welcome Message.
Choose a unique and precise name that you will be able to identify quickly at a later date (e.g., ABC Group Annual Meeting).
From
The From field automatically defaults to your name. If you have administrative permissions, you will see a drop-down list in the From field that will contain the names of your staff members. Choose any of the users from the list to appear in the eProposal.
