Enter the date of the event and the eProposal's date of expiration.
Event Date
Enter the Event Date, which is either the arrival date or the first day of Room Block or Meeting Space usage, whichever comes first. Click on the calendar icon to select a date from the calendar.
In the calendar pop-up, you can navigate by month and year. The arrow icons will navigate to the next or previous month.
Expiration Date
The Expiration Date determines the length of time the eProposal is accessible for client viewing. Clients cannot see the Expiration Date. When a client clicks on the link of an expired eProposal, instead of seeing the eProposal they receive a message to reach out to the property to request that the Expiration Date be reset.
In the Activity log, you can sort by both Event Date and Expiration Date. Click on the calendar icon to select an Expiration Date from the calendar. If needed, the Expiration Date can be extended at any time from the Activity log.
The Expiration Date must occur before the Event Date.
When using Delphi, the decision date will auto-populate the Expiration Date field. If needed, the Expiration Date can be extended at any time in eProposal without updating the decision date in Delphi.
