Activity Log: View and manage your eProposals and eCards at any stage of the process.
Attachments: Files sent along with an eProposal or eCard. Acceptable file formats include, but are not limited to: PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, GIF, JPG, and PNG. Up to six file may be sent at a time.

Clone: Create an exact copy of an eProposal or eCard to use as the basis for a revised eProposal or eCard, or, for a different client. (Not available for sent eProposals containing an eContract.)
Conferences Services Module: A multi-tabbed version of eProposal that can include the full array of content offered in eProposal plus content pertinent to meeting and event planners. This content may include information about conference centers, receptions, function spaces and packages.

eCard: Create a branded communication to send to your client such as a personalized thank you, holiday greeting, special offer, meeting reminder, sales call follow-up and more.
eContract: An add-on to eProposal that allows you to provide a contract to your clients that can be electronically signed.
Event Block: Function space and F&B details offered in your eProposal at a specific rate for a set period of time.
Event Date: Either the arrival date or the first day of Room Block or Meeting Space usage, whichever comes first.
Expiration Date: The link used to view an eProposal is no longer active after the expiration date has passed. The expiration date cannot occur after the event date.
EZ Module: An abbreviated one-page version of eProposal that can include room/event details, configurable menu options, a photo gallery and special offers. Other content offered in the Group module, such as floor plans and a multimedia tour, are not available in the EZ module.

Footer Links: Links added to the bottom of an eCard.

Group Module: A multi-tabbed version of eProposal that can include the full array of content offered in eProposal including room/event rates, a multimedia tour, fact sheets, floor plans, a photo tour, area info, configurable menu options and more.

Integrated: When eProposal is configured to work in conjunction with Amadeus Hospitality's sales and catering software systems.

Module: Cendyn offers customized modules to accommodate any property's needs and streamline the eProposal creation process. The difference between modules is which pages are available for inclusion in an eProposal.

My Favorite: Settings that you saved from an existing eProposal to reuse in future eProposals of the same module type.

Non-Integrated: When eProposal is a stand alone solution and does not work in conjunction with other sales and catering software systems.

Preview: Prior to sending an eProposal or eCard, you can view it exactly as your client will see it.
Profile: Manage your contact information including your custom signature (if so configured). This content will auto-populate your signature in the Welcome Message.

QTD: Quarter to Date

Recipient: The person(s) you want to receive your eProposal/eCard.
Room Block: A group of rooms offered in your eProposal at a specific rate for a set period of time.

Self-Send: Send a link to the eProposal to your client using your own email application, modifying the email message as needed prior to sending.
Send: Request that the eProposal system automatically send your client an email notification to view the eProposal. You cannot modify the email prior to sending it to your client.
Sending Status: This designation is controlled by the system and include: Sent, Self-Sent and Not Sent.
Senior Staff Message: An optional field where you can include an overview letter or a secondary welcome message from a senior member of the staff, such as the GM or VP of Sales. You can customize the Senior Staff Message the same way as the Welcome Message.
Skins: The design in which your email message will be sent.
Special Offers: Create special offers for clients to view via a link in the Welcome Message. You may edit special offers, turn the special offers link on or off globally, and remove the link on a per proposal basis as needed.
Status: Assign a status to eProposals/eCards to help you organize and locate them later. Available statuses include: Prospect, Tentative, General Inquiry, Definite, Contracted, Pending, Completed, Canceled, Turn Down, Lost, Actualize, Archived, and Viewed.
Stored Content: Create and refine content for both eProposal and eCard, then store it to use later. You can create separate messages for the different market segments to whom you cater, such as government, group, wedding and SMERF (Social, Military, Education, Religious and Fraternal groups). You can always edit the content on a one-off basis after you insert it into an eProposal or eCard, if you choose.

User Roles/Permissions: Admin users have permissions to view, edit and send proposals on behalf of their team members, create new profiles, edit or remove existing profiles, and change a user's status from Non-Admin to Admin. There should be at least one Admin per property who has access to Settings. Users with access to settings can view and edit settings.

Video: Upload your customized videos hosted on external sites, such as YouTube or Vimeo. They'll then be available for you to insert into any proposal during the creation or editing process.

Wedding Module: A multi-tabbed version of eProposal that can include the full array of content offered in eProposal plus content tailored to the needs of someone planning a wedding. Wedding specific content may include information about ceremonies, receptions, function spaces and packages.
Welcome Message: The content that your client sees first when viewing the eProposal. Use it to customize and personalize the eProposal for your client.
