Share eMenus allows you to easily create and send customized menus to guests.
For your convenience, the From address field will auto-populate with the email address associated with your user account. However, you can change it before sending a Share eMenu to your client.
To populate the Client email address field, you must either locate an existing client using the Search link or add a new client using the Add New link.
When you select the Search link, a new window will open where you can search by first name, last name or email address.
When you select the Add New Client link, a new window will open to enter the new client's information. Once a new client is entered, you are able to share an eMenu with them.
Enter email address(es) in the BCC field if you would like to send blind copies of your Share eMenu. Use semi colons ";" to separate email addresses.
The Subject field will auto-populate with the Share eMenu name you entered in Step 1 - Set Up. However, you can modify it before sending a Share eMenu to your client.
The content in the message field will auto-populate with the corporate-provided standard. You can modify the content but be careful not to modify the link or text codes.
The salutations will automatically update to the client's first and last name as you entered them. Your name will automatically be applied as the sender of the email.
Select the down arrow to choose a message closing from the drop-down list.
Click Send Email to proceed.
