Enhance items with attractive accompanying photos you select from Gallery. A photo icon will appear under the item copy. When the icon is clicked, the image opens.

Select a Property

Select a property from the drop-down menu.

Select a Section

In the My Planner tab, select a section from the main navigation (e.g., Information).

Then select a sub-category from the secondary navigation (e.g., Business Center).

Add a New Item or Open the Update Item Window

Select Add Item to open an Add New Item form.

Or, select the Edit icon to open the Update Item window.

Upload Item Images from Gallery

In the Add New Item or Update Item window, select Upload from Gallery to browse for an image.

Gallery Opens

Gallery will open in a new tab. 

Navigating Folders

Click the drop down arrow to view the available folders. When applicable, folders will appear in this order: Property > Brand > Chain. Select the desired folder.

Locate Image

Navigate among the folders to locate an image.

View Details and Select

Select an image to view photo details. Click Select to choose an image.

Adjust Zoom

Your image will now appear in the preview window of the form. Use the slider to adjust the display size/zoom of your image.

Note

When a guest clicks the photo icon in the Published View, the item image opens.

Save

Select Save.

View Image

Your selected image now appears in the Preview. Once you publish the page, the image will appear in the Published View.
