If you have forgotten your login information, use the ‘Forgot Password’ option on the login page to receive a password change email.

1. Navigate to the login page
2. Enter your email address and click Next

3. At the Password prompt, select ‘Forgot Password’

4. Click ‘Send Email’ on the Forgot Password pop-up
