Revintel - Rate Code Analysis

This reports shows all rate code production in alphabetical order via room nights, mix %, ADR and room revenue versus last year actuals.

The double arrows under Rooms Sold and Revenue can be used to sort the data by either metric.

Note

This report can be used for single hotel use or for a portfolio. When used for a portfolio, the data is an aggregate for the portfolio.
This report is a date to date comparison rather than a day to day comparison. If you pull a report for the month of March, March 1 – 31, 2020 will be compared to March 1 – 31, 2019.
