If you run a report with market data and notice a rate code in an unexpected major and minor market category, this indicates we either have a market code mapped to the incorrect major and minor category or there is a reservation that has been miscoded.

The data in the report is categorized based on the market code in the reservation and the market mapping set up for the property. 

Most likely, the production is in the incorrect category due to a miscoded reservation.  To correct this for a future date, find the reservation and change the market code.  Once the reservation has been updated, Revintel will receive the updated information in the next day’s file and the report will be updated.
