Provide granular personalization to your most valued guests by editing individual Confirmation, Modification and Cancellation emails prior to sending them.

The PriorityQ tab only appears if your eInsight is configured for editing transactional emails. Contact your Cendyn Customer Experience Team to learn about enabling editing transactional emails in eInsight.
Update the Email Template
Locate the email template you'll use for PriorityQ.
Select an area within the template you want to be editable in PriorityQ.
The Styles panel will open on the right side of the screen. In the Classes area, select the plus icon (+) to add a new class.
Enter AllowEdit and click Enter. The class will now appear in the panel and that area will now be editable in PriorityQ.
Repeat as needed to make other areas editable.
Scroll to the bottom of your template and select HTML.
Add this class, "AllowEdit," to any section (td, table, tr) you want to be editable in PriorityQ, then save your template.
Update the Campaign Settings
In order for the email to appear in the PriorityQ Campaign drop-down list (see below), you need to update the Reservation Event type in Campaign Settings to Change, New Reservation or Cancel.
Email type needs to be set to Reservation, in the Campaign Setting:
And also the campaign needs criteria that has Stay Status = R:
Search for Reservations
Navigate to PriorityQ.
Select either Booked or Arrival and your desired reservation dates.
The From and To dates selected may not span more than 7 days.
View a Guest's Profile from the Search Results
All reservations meeting the criteria you entered will be displayed. Select a guest's reservation number to open that guest's profile in a new tab. Review the guest's campaigns history to see what emails have been sent and additional stay related details that may be useful when drafting a new, personalized email.
Create a Personalized Email
Select Edit next to a reservation to customize the email you'll send specifically to that guest.
In the new window that opens, check the box acknowledging that the email address is in compliance with global spam laws to enable editing the email.
Select the desired campaign from the Campaign drop-down list.
A border will appear on editable sections when you hover your mouse over them.
Alternatively, the cursor will convert to a Stop icon when hovered over sections that are not editable.
Edit the email to make your guest feel extra special by incorporating guest intelligence into your personalized message.
Send Test Emails
To preview on devices in real time, select Send Test Email to send an email to yourself. The email field will auto-populate for the logged-in user.
Send Email to Guest
Once you're satisfied with the email, select Send.
Select Confirm in the pop-up.
A confirmation message will appear letting you know that the email was sent.
The Edit button for that reservation will now be disabled until the page is refreshed or you enter a new search.
View the Sent Email
The sent email will be listed under Recently Sent Campaigns on the Home page and in the guest's profile.
Recently Sent Campaigns
Choose the hotel brand and property from the drop-down list at the top of the page. Then select Transactionals under Recently Sent Campaigns. Enter dates or other criteria in the Search fields and select Search.
Your search results will appear below. Select Preview to see exactly what was sent.
In the reservations search results on the PriorityQ landing page, select a guest's reservation number to open that guest's profile in a new tab.
Select Campaigns History in the guest profile to locate the confirmation email. Then select RESENT in the email column to preview the sent email.
