You can insert various widgets into your transactional emails to provide useful and personalized content to your guests, such as Apple Wallet, to keep track of their reservation prior to stays and direct links to TripAdvisor Review Collections for post stays.

Many integrations, such as Apple Wallet and Guestrevu, are available upon request and must be enabled for you. If you click on an Add-On Snippet and it isn't inserted into your email, please contact your Cendyn Customer Experience Team for more information.
Insert an Add-On Snippet to your email in Studio Editor
While creating your email in the Template tab, drag a new text box from the Elements panel into your email and drop it where you want the Add-On Snippet widget to appear.
Select the new text box to see the text toolbar. Select the personalization tag icon from the toolbar.
In the new window that opens, select the Add-On Snippet tab. Click on Select next to the item you want to insert into your email.
The widget now appears in the text box in your email template. Use the text toolbar to adjust the alignment of the widget if so desired.
Insert an Add-On Snippet to your email in the Code Editor
While creating your email in the Template tab, place your cursor in your email where you want the Add-On Snippet widget to appear. Select More Options from the toolbar.
Then select More.
In the new window that opens, select the Add-On Snippet tab. Click on Select next to the item you want to insert into your email.
The widget now appears in your email template. Use the text toolbar to adjust the alignment of the widget if so desired.
Insert an Add-On Snippet to your email in the Classic Drag & Drop Editor
While creating your email in the Template tab, drag a new HTML content block to where you want the Add-On Snippet widget to appear in the email.
Select More Options from the toolbar.
Select Add-On Snippet.
In the new window that opens, select the Add-On Snippet tab. Click on Copy next to the item you want to insert into your email.
Click on the new HTML block in the template then paste the Add-On Snippet into the Content Properties box on the right.
The Add-On Snippet will now appear in the email.
Preview the Widget in your Email
Proceed to the Testing tab. Select Send to Test Emails. For the Apple Wallet widget in particular, open the test email on an Apple device to preview it.
