In Step 5 you may review the eProposal to see how it will appear to your client.
Reviewing the eProposal
You must review a new eProposal in order to send it to your client. Simply click on the Review & Send button. Your eProposal is automatically saved.
Carefully review your eP LITE to ensure that all information, including attachments and Room/Event Block is correct.
You may edit your Welcome Message and update it by clicking on the step 1 compose button.
Sending the eProposal
Next, if you are satisfied with the results, click the “Send” button.
Clicking on the “Send” button will automatically generate and send an email to your customer, with a link to the eProposal and your contact information.
The validation message will appear on the screen after it is sent.
