We're delighted to announce that you can now export your Audiences, regardless of size, from eInsight CRM to use as you please.
As if that isn't exciting enough, we're also happy to share that you can now select a particular property from any page in eInsight CRM, streamlining your workflow and boosting your productivity.
These enhancements will be available December 3, 2020. Read on for details.
Export your Audiences
You can now export filtered customer lists of any size right from Audiences, eliminating the need to first add it to a campaign. The newfound flexibility of this simplified process will be a true time saver and unfurl many more opportunities for you to use your bespoke Audiences throughout your digital marketing efforts.
For instance, upload your exported lists to third party platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Display, Video 360 and other DSPs. Target those exact customers via different digital marketing channels using Exact Match or target new potential customers, also known as lookalikes, that share the same demographic, psychographic and behavioral profiles. You can also use your exported lists to conveniently create direct mail campaigns or confirm they contain just those customers who meet your complex criteria.
Your Audiences are now available to you in limitless ways to drive demand and loyalty and to supercharge personalized communications across every channel, for every guest.
Conveniently jump from property to property
At the top of every page within eInsight CRM you'll now find a company drop-down list. Use it to easily switch from property to property whenever you wish. Each time you jump to a different property, you'll automatically experience a full refresh.
Access to individual properties is dictated by user permissions.
