If you are going to attach the proposal as a document, you may skip this section and attach in Step 2. If not, read the following to help you create your proposal's room block.
If you need to insert more days, click "Submit" and you will be able to insert and edit as many dates as you wish.
- Enter a category.
- Enter a room type.
You may edit the existing room types in an integrated room block.
- Enter the number of rooms for each room type and day.
- Enter the rates.
There is a "Copy Rates" icon on the left if the rates are the same throughout the week, and a "Delete" icon if you want to delete all data of a particular Room Type.
Click "Submit." You will be able to further edit your proposal as needed.
When editing, there are many tools to further customize your room block. You may:
- Add new dates to your proposal
- Edit/Delete dates
- Edit/Delete categories
- Add a new room type
- Edit/Delete room types
- Add new categories
- Add additional dates
You will be able to see your Daily Quantity Total and Grand Total, which will be added automatically by our system. If your room block is large, use the scrollbar at the bottom to see all your dates and your Grand Total.
You may type additional comments using the editor at the bottom, or select standardized content already preset by an administrator.
Saving Your Room Block
The information you enter will be saved every time you click "Submit", or the green "Check" icon as you edit your room block.
Once you have completed entering all of the Room Block information, click on the “Next” button. If you need to go back and edit the information, you may do so by clicking again on the Room Block button or clicking "Back."
