The event date is always the one you selected on Step 1, but you may change it with the interactive calendar.
As with the room block, you must enter your event information in the initial table. After clicking “Submit” you will be able to add and edit events as you wish.
Similar to the room block, you are able to add and edit events using the many tools of our Event Block.
- Add/Delete Event.
- Copy Event - This feature allows you to easily copy all the event info from one event to other date(s).
- Edit/Delete Specific Event
- Show Fields - This feature gives you the option to show or hide fields from your proposal.
- Add New Event - This feature gives you the option to add a new event for a different date.
Similar to the room block page, you may type additional comments using the editor at the bottom, or use the standardized content preset by an administrator.
Saving Your Event Block
Once you have completed entering all of the event information, click on the “Submit” button to save it. Then, click “Next” to continue and preview your proposal.
If you need to go back and edit information, you may do so by clicking “Back” or on the Event Block button.
