Export your custom audiences from eInsight CRM to use in any way you can imagine.
Getting Started
Open the Customer Details tab in Manage Audiences for the Audience customer list you want to export.
Filter Customers
In preparation to export the list, filter your customers as desired.
Note
All customers with all email statuses are initially loaded. To narrow the list, choose one or more email status from the drop-down list and select Search.
Export an Audience Customer List
When your list is filtered to your satisfaction, select Export.
Exported files contain these fields:
Source, Customer ID, First Name, Last Name, Email, Email Status, Reservation Number, Reservation Status, Property, Stay ID, Address 1, Address 2, City, State, Country, Zip Code, and Phone Number
Tips
- You can click Export at any time to begin preparing your file, even while the list is still loading on your screen.
- You will be notified via email when your export is ready to be downloaded. You will also receive an email in the event that your export failed.
- ExceI can support a file containing up to 1,048,575 records. If your file exceeds that limit, a CSV file will be exported rather than an Excel file. In that case, you'll need to use a log viewer such as textpad.com or a log management solution to open your file.
