Once you're logged in, hover your mouse over your name to see links to My Activities and My Profile. Select My Activities.
Here you'll see all your requests (tickets) in one location. Search them by status (any, open, awaiting your reply, or solved) or click one to view its details. You can also select Requests I'm CC'd on to view those tickets.
If you have any questions, please visit the Cendyn Knowledge Cloud or submit a request.
How to Submit a request
- Access our help page.
-
At the top, click on "submit a request."
-
Scroll down to find a search bar where you should select the option to submit a support request.
- Complete the form.
- Add attachments as necessary.
- Click on "submit."
- Once you've clicked, a pop-up will appear with some recommended articles related to your question.
Note: If any of these articles help you solve your query, click "yes, close my request," and the ticket WILL NOT be generated. If, on the other hand, none of these articles help resolve the issue, you can click "no, I need help" and continue creating your request.
