Release Notes - January 06, 2021
We're pleased to present the new Preview Campaign Settings area that will provide more transparency to your campaign counts, and enhancements to PriorityQ that will make it even easier to send personalized communications to your top tier guests:
- Determine actual campaign counts with Preview Campaign Settings.
- Send individually crafted modification and cancellation emails with PriorityQ.
- Click on a reservation number in PriorityQ to directly access the guest's profile.
- View even more reservation details right on the PriorityQ page.

Easily Get Accurate Campaign Counts
Within an audience's details, you can now preview your campaign-specific audience counts using the same inclusions or exclusions you chose in Campaign Settings while building your campaign. Simply open the Preview Campaign Settings box and toggle to include or exclude unsubscribed, bounced and non-consent emails to see how they impact your overall counts. No more guesswork necessary!
Personalized Change and Cancellation Emails
You'll now be able to craft bespoke messaging for individual modification and cancellation emails and send them via PriorityQ to your segmented, top tier guests the same way you can for confirmation emails.
Jump from PriorityQ to a Guest's Profile
Review a guest's campaign history to see what emails have been sent before sending a new, custom one. This step couldn't be easier now that clicking on a guest's reservation number will open that guest's profile in a new tab.
Beyond campaign history, guest profiles can offer invaluable information for drafting personalized emails, such as guest stay preferences or lifestyle and demographic data (when available).
Reservation Details in PriorityQ
The PriorityQ page contains everything you need to send bespoke emails to individual guests. In addition to what you've already been able to view, including guest information, and reservation numbers and dates, you'll also be able to see when the reservation was last updated, and, if it was cancelled, the date of cancellation.
