We’ve refreshed the content on the Cendyn Knowledge Cloud to bring you the most up-to-date, relevant, and accurate information. Come check it out.
Option 2: The Help button
In the products at the bottom of the page, you can select the Help button. The Help button is where you can search hundreds of articles in our Knowledge Cloud or directly contact our team by selecting Contact Us.
Note
The Help button is available for the following products - eInsight, Guestfolio, Revintel, Guestrev, Grouprev and eNgage. You can also go to cendyn.com. Click the Help link in the upper right-hand corner. Click Submit A Request to launch your new online experience.
Option 3: Submit a Request via the Knowledge Cloud
From every page of the Knowledge Cloud, you can select Submit a Request at the top of the page.
Option 4: The Customer Portal - Access and track your support tickets
Once a ticket has been submitted you can check the ticket status or follow-up directly by signing into the Customer Portal.
