Please contact your Cendyn Customer Experience Team to enable the Redeem Page on your Member Portal if it is not already enabled. Also ensure you have already created award rules to associate with each voucher or eGift redemption award you need to create following the steps below.
Select the Redeem Tab
Select the Redeem tab from the main navigation.
Add/Edit a Redemption
Select Add to add a new voucher or eGift.
Select the Edit icon to edit an existing voucher or eGift.
Voucher or eGift Details
A blank window will open when you add a new voucher or eGift while a window with existing voucher or eGift details will open when you select to edit a voucher or eGift. Fields with asterisks are required.
Enter a name for the voucher or eGift to be displayed in the Member Portal.
From the drop-down list, select the award you previously created to be associated with this voucher or eGift.
Enter the call to action (CTA) text to display on the button, such as "Redeem.”
Enter a description of the voucher or eGift to be displayed in the Member Portal.
Terms & Conditions
Enter any applicable restrictions for the voucher or eGift to be displayed in the Member Portal.
Select the Edit icon to upload a high resolution image (600px x 300px) to be displayed in the Member Portal.

The voucher or eGift will display on the Member Portal just as you have entered it in the Redeem Editor:
