Using the Search in any of the NextGuest applications, you can locate entries based on various criteria, such as hotel name, recipient’s name, email address or communication type. The available search options are based on the type of record, message, job or guest you are trying to locate.  

Select the Search tab on the left.  

Enter the required search options.

Enter  percent % sign for searching any part of the name or address. 

Click Search to update the list of displayed messages. 

The system displays all matching messages.  

Messages sent: This list provides an overview of all sent messages.
