Using the Statistics option, you can monitor and track the result of your Transactional Campaign jobs. The Statistics option provides an overview of the open and click rates and details about the behavior of your recipients
The system displays the option tabs Search, Overview (always displayed on top), Link Tracking, Email Domains and Email Devices which allow you to view the link tracking results, and access pie charts and reports on the most frequently used email domains and the email devices that were used to open the email.
The Overview, which is always displayed first, when you select the Statistics option, shows you the current number of sent emails in the jobs and the number of opened versus non-opened emails.
Hover the mouse over the Sent or the Open Rate card to flip the cards and display more detailed information:
Link Tracking
The Link Tracking page in the Statistics menu displays the links tracked in the template. Moreover, you can view open and click rates.
Using Link Tracking, you can monitor and compare the number of clicks obtained by links in your email message. Monitoring and optimizing your marketing and upsell links can help increase your conversion rate.
All links included in a Transactional Campaign job are tracked automatically as soon as the email is sent out.
The grid shows all links (Description), Tags, if used, the total number of clicks, the number of profiles with clicks, the click rate, and the date and time the links were first/last clicked.
Viewing or editing a link
Select a link to open the Link Tracking dialog.
Add or change the Description.
Select a Tag from the drop-down to group the link into a tagging group.
Select the checkbox Exclude from Statistics if this link should not be tracked.

Tag |
You can group several links in a template by assigning them to pre-defined Tags, for example, hotel details, wellness offer, family, etc. The Tags are set up during the implementation in the Web Admin. They can be used to track the results based on groups of interests or other custom groups. Web Admin > Main Data > Pickgroups > Code GCLT. |

Select the checkbox Exclude from Statistics if this link should not be included in the statistics. |
Email Domains
The Email Domains tab for Transactional Campaign jobs displays pie charts with the following information.
- The top email domains that were most frequently “targeted” when sending Transactional Campaign emails.
- The leading domains used to open the emails.
As you hover over/mouse over the pie chart, the system displays more information about the selected domain.
Email Devices
The Email Devices tab for Transactional Campaign jobs displays pie charts with the information what kind of reading devices were used to open the emails. The following information is available.
- Total number of devices broken down by email, browser, tablet and mobile.
Additional pie charts provide further breakdowns of the data into the browsers, email clients mobiles operating systems, and tablet operating systems used.
