After successful login, the system displays the Decision Maker start page and starts loading the dashboard that is displayed first in the dashboard menu.
Note: The data you are shown in the dashboards depends on your role and the permissions linked to the user group to which you belong.
For instance, you may have the rights to see all dashboards but may be limited to the data of the hotel you are assigned to.
This article describes the standard dashboards available with Decision Maker.
The dashboards provide insights on all corners of the hotel operation. They are designed to highlight specific information from the underlying reports and datasets. There are three main groups:
- Executive performance dashboards: Dashboards that provide an overview over the data available in the CRM platform. Currently holds the Data Quality
- B2C dashboards: Business-to-customer dashboards cover CRM aspects of the hotel operation. The dataset is based on data provided by the CRM platform. KPI dashboards target guest, revenue, marketing, and loyalty KPIs. Other dashboards provide visualizations of transactional and marketing campaigns, of PMS data quality, of future reservations, revenue details, etc.
- B2B dashboards: Business-to-business dashboards cover sales aspects of the hotel operation. The dataset is based on data provided by B2B Sales. Dashboards provide production details, Sales Rep performance, sales campaign visualizations, etc.
Available dashboards
Following is a list of standard dashboards available with Decision Maker and a short description of each dashboard.

Data Quality dashboard |
The Data Quality dashboard focuses on the quality of your total profile data. The dashboard shows the total number of profiles by month compared to a previous month. The visuals show the number of total profiles, the number of emailable profiles, new profiles, new emailable profiles, the emailable profiles in percent, and the number and the percentage of opted-out profiles. The visuals on the right show a break-down by subscriber type, i.e., profiles with opt-in status, and new subscribers. You can segment the display by subscriber type and new subscribers. B2C dashboards |
Business-to-customer dashboards cover CRM aspects of the hotel operation. The dataset is based on data provided by the CRM platform. KPI dashboards provide you with insights on your performance and target guest, revenue, marketing, and loyalty KPIs. |
Revenue KPI |
The Revenue KPI dashboard details your key performance indicators for the hotel group and provides you with insights on hotel group, brand, and/or hotel performance. Figures are shown as percentages. Visuals include key performance indicators, such as ADR, RevPAR, and indirect revenue share with percentage visuals for the achieved growth with the comparison period. Additional visuals focus on loyalty performance and the achieved revenue by loyalty members. |
Revenue Details |
The Revenue Details dashboard details your revenue, RevPAR, and ADR for each hotel in the group. Figures are shown as numbers. The main visual allows switching between Revenue, RevPAR, and ADR by clicking the respective options above the visual. The pie chart visuals show the revenue mix of room, F&B, and other revenue for the current period and the prior period. You can use the visuals to further segment the data by revenue mix and selected hotels. For multiple selections, keep holding the CTRL key. |
Future Reservations |
The Future Reservations dashboard details your future reservations, shown in numbers, and resulting occupancy, shown in percent. You can filter by selected or all hotels and brands for a current period in comparison to a previous period. The pie chart visuals show the main channels, main sources, and main markets linked to the reservations. You can use the visuals to further segment the reservations by selected main channel, main sources, and main markets, and additionally by checked-in and future reservations, as well as allotments. Click into the respective pie or the required bar in the reservations diagram. For multiple selections, keep holding the CTRL key. |
Guest KPI |
The Guest KPI dashboard focuses on your guests, their gender, age groups, booking behavior, and their value in terms of RFM (recency, frequency monetary). Figures are shown as percentages. The main visuals show the RFM guest segmentation, the age groups, and the email status. Visuals include several RFM sub segments (active and inactive members and best and smart shoppers), the member type mix, gender, booking and reservation behavior, and number of bookings without and with OTA. The Selection visual in the top-right corner always reveals the number of guests resulting from the current selection. You can use the dashboard to segment your guests by a combination of criteria. Guest List |
The Guest List dashboard focuses on your guests and where they come from. The main view shows a list of countries sorted by frequency of guests from the country. Figures are shown as numbers and as a percentage. The map on the right pinpoints the country locations. Clicking into a country allows you to zoom into the country on the map. Integrated Campaign Driver: If available, you can export your Guest KPI guest segmentation directly to a selected marketing campaign via the Guest List. Guest Details |
The Guest Details dashboard focuses on your CRM profiles by month. You can filter by selected or all hotels and brands for a current period in comparison to a previous period. The visuals on top show the number of CRM profiles and the resulting number of emailable CRM profiles; the bottom visuals show the CRM profiles with opt-in status and with opt-out status. You can segment the data further by clicking into the respective visuals. For multiple selections, keep holding the CTRL key. |
PMS Data Quality |
The PMS Data Quality dashboard focuses on your PMS profiles and their quality. Figures are shown as percentages. The visuals show the total profile pool (broken down by CRM profiles, Miscellaneous and Stand-alone profiles), the total number of profiles, profiles with stays, emailable profiles, mailable profiles, profile email status (broken down by empty, invalid, email & opt-out, email & opt-in), and profile email status by hotel. You can use the dashboard to segment your PMS profile guests by profile pool, profile email status and profile email status by hotel or a combination thereof. Click into the respective visual. Loyalty KPI |
The Loyalty KPI dashboard focuses on the success of your customer loyalty program and provides an overview of your main loyalty figures. You can filter by selected or all hotels and brands for a current period in comparison to a previous period. Visuals on the left show the total number of loyalty profiles, new enrollments into the program, and the number of active loyalty profiles, each per month. The right side focuses on the loyalty points and shows the points earned, the redeemed points, and the expired points. You can segment the data further by clicking into the respective visuals. Loyalty Details |
The Loyalty Details dashboard focuses on the revenue achieved with your loyalty members. You can filter by selected or all hotels and brands for a current period in comparison to a previous period. Visuals on the left show the total revenue broken down by month and gender, and the ADR achieved with your loyalty members. The right side focuses on the loyalty points and shows the points earned and the redeemed points. You can segment the data further by clicking into the respective visuals. Marketing KPI |
The Marketing KPI dashboard focuses on the success of your marketing campaigns in terms of key performance indicators for the hotel group. The dashboard details the total number of email campaigns sent broken down by delivered, opened, and clicked emails. You can filter by selected or all campaigns, campaign group, and campaign class for a current period in comparison to a previous period. KPIs shown include transactions (bookings resulted from the email), revenue, average revenue, total number of processed and total number off delivered emails, the delivery rate in percent, number of unique openings, the unique open rate in percent. Moreover, you see the total number of clicks, unique clicks, UCTR (unique click through rate), CTOR (unique click to open rate), the number of bounces, opt-outs, and the opt-out rate in percent. You can use the email count funnel to segment the KPIs by delivered, opened, and clicked emails. |
Marketing Campaign List |
The Marketing Campaign List dashboard breaks down the totals of your Marketing KPI dashboard by campaign. You can filter by selected or all campaigns, campaign group, and campaign class for a current period in comparison to a previous period. The visual shows a list of campaigns processed in the selected period. The columns display campaign group, class, the first sent date, the number of processed and delivered emails, the percentage of delivered emails, and the number and percentage of bounces. Additionally, you see the number and percentage of unique openings, the total number of clicks, the percentage of CTOR (unique click to open rate), the number opt-outs, and the percentage of opt-outs. |
Marketing Campaigns |
The Marketing Campaigns dashboard breaks down the totals of your Marketing KPIs by campaign. You can filter by selected or all campaigns, campaign group, and campaign class for a current period in comparison to a previous period. The main visual shows a list of campaigns with delivered, opened, and clicked rates, as well as achieved revenue. The visuals below show the campaign success in achieved revenue, in success per contact, in success per click, and the opt-out rate resulting from the campaigns. You can use the email count funnel to segment the display by delivered, opened, and clicked emails. |
Transactional Campaigns |
The Transactional Campaigns dashboard shows a list of transactional campaigns grouped by campaign type. You can filter by selected or all campaigns, campaign group, and campaign class for a current period in comparison to a previous period. For each transactional campaign, the main visual shows number of sent and opened emails, number of clicks. Additionally, you see clicks for the offered promotion, the survey, and number of submitted surveys, if applicable. The visuals below show the open, clicked, promo, and survey rates in percent. You can use the email count funnel to segment the display by delivered, opened, and clicked emails. |
