We’re making an important update to how users log into Cendyn platforms—and we want to make sure you're in the loop.
What’s changing?
To strengthen security and streamline access, we’re phasing out the use of personal email addresses like @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, and @hotmail.com for user logins. Going forward, all user accounts must use a valid hotel or company email address.
As part of this change, we’ll also be removing any user accounts that haven’t logged in within the past 6 months, to keep our system clean and secure.
Why the change?
Besides making your IT team very happy, this change helps:
- Boost platform security
- Improve user traceability and account management
- Align with industry best practices for identity and access control
What if my team is still using personal emails?
No problem—we’re already identifying these accounts and reaching out individually to help users make the switch. Our goal is to make this transition as smooth as possible using your company’s email domain.
If you have any questions in the meantime, your Cendyn representative or our support team is happy to help.
Thanks for helping us create a more secure, streamlined experience for everyone who uses our platforms. We’re excited to take this step forward with you.
