Showcase Loyalty Offers Up Front
Why wait until after login to show value? With this new enhancement, you can now promote loyalty rates right on the Booking Engine, before the guest signs in. Whether you're using the CRS Guest Profile, Cendyn Loyalty, or any other external loyalty integration, this feature makes it easier to grab attention, spark interest, and encourage loyalty sign-ups—all before checkout.
Pre-login visibility gives guests a reason to engage from the start—no guessing, no gatekeeping.
How it works
Room List Page: Member rates are displayed up front—no login required.
Login Prompt: If a non-member selects a loyalty rate, they’ll be prompted to log in or sign up.
Checkout Page: If enabled in the CRS, guests can register and set their password mid-booking with Book & Join.
It's a simple, high-impact way to boost both visibility and conversion—and help your loyalty program shine earlier in the guest journey.

Cendyn CRS Now Integrates with Cendyn Loyalty
We’re thrilled to announce a powerful new connection between Cendyn CRS and Cendyn Loyalty, bringing a fully integrated loyalty experience to the Booking Engine.
With this integration, guests can:
- Sign up for a loyalty account
- Log in to access exclusive member benefits
- View profile and points balances
- Redeem points directly at booking
- Apply vouchers or offers at checkout
- Unredeem points or vouchers if plans change
This integration follows our standard loyalty specifications and brings even more personalization, flexibility, and value to every reservation. It's a big leap forward in helping your team drive loyalty engagement—and helping guests feel rewarded every step of the way.
Loyalty Update: Offer Status Now Displayed via API
We’ve given our getOffersInfo API a smart upgrade—it now displays offer status and descriptions when this information is provided by an external loyalty provider.
This added visibility means guests can clearly see what offers are active, pending, or unavailable—no confusion, just clarity. And for call center agents, it adds confidence and consistency when applying offers on behalf of guests.
No CRS setup required—if your external provider sends the data, we’ll show it.
Where it appears:
Booking Engine: Under the My Offers tab
Call Center (RT4): On the Browse Offers tab
It’s a small enhancement that delivers a more transparent, friction-free experience for both your team and your guests.
Single-Use Coupon Code Applies to Shopping Cart
We’ve fine-tuned how single-use coupon codes work. Rather than applying to just one room, these codes now evaluate the entire shopping cart. Each room will be checked against the coupon (DPR) rules, and the appropriate discount will be applied—automatically and accurately.
Smarter Shopping Flow for Multi-Room Bookings
We’ve simplified how guests add or update rooms in their cart, making the flow smoother and more intuitive.
- Adding a room is now just one click away—guests can easily build multi-room itineraries without starting over.
- The cart view has also been improved:
- Edit lets guests update room selections on the fly
- Delete removes the entire room from the cart
- Add Another Room adds more rooms without friction
Booking multiple rooms? It’s never been easier.
New Show/Hide PW Toggle for a Better Login Experience
To reduce login errors and boost usability, we’ve added a Show/Hide Password toggle across all password fields in the Booking Engine. Whether logging in, registering, resetting, or changing a password—guests can now see what they’re typing with a simple click.
Why it matters:
- Fewer password entry errors
- Better accessibility for all users
- Especially helpful on mobile devices
Security and simplicity, working together.
RTL Language Support Now Live
The Booking Engine now fully supports Right-to-Left (RTL) languages like Arabic and Hebrew. When a guest selects an RTL language, all content adjusts accordingly—providing a more natural and accessible experience for native speakers.
We're continuing to enhance this feature, but the core support is already live and functional.
Multi-Property BE: Enhanced Language Management
You now have more control over the languages available in your Multi-Property Booking Engine.
From Admin > Portals > Portal Settings, simply select your Multi Portal and tick/untick languages under Languages > Enabled. The languages selected here will appear in the Booking Engine’s drop-down list, allowing guests to choose their preferred session language with ease.
Drip Pricing Support Extended Across the U.S.
As the U.S. prepares to roll out new federal regulations around drip pricing, we’ve extended our existing California compliance features nationwide. This update ensures guests see transparent, upfront pricing—with all mandatory fees included—helping your property stay compliant while building trust at checkout.
More Flexibility for Images
We’ve removed strict image ratio requirements for uploads in the CRS, giving you more flexibility when adding visuals.
While we still recommend images be at least 900x500 pixels, you’re no longer locked into the 9:5 aspect ratio. Our platform will automatically resize your image depending on where it’s being displayed—across RT4 and RT3 Booking Engines and Call Center interfaces.
That means better-looking images, with less manual prep.
Group Automation Enhancements
We’ve added a new setting to improve automation for building group rate plans in the CRS.
Now, when rates are configured for two-way creation, you’ll see a new option to control whether “Show Other Available Offers?” should be enabled for auto-created group rate plans.
This gives you more control during setup—and a more tailored experience for group guests.
