Logging In
- Log in to your DMP account by entering your credentials and clicking SIGN IN.
- If you forgot your password or want to reset it, click on Forgot Password? An email containing a new password will be sent automatically to your registered address.
Tip: Check your spam folder if you don’t receive the email.
Homepage
Once logged in, you’ll land on the homepage, which displays the overall results of your account's campaigns. If your account includes multiple hotels, the displayed data aggregates all hotels.
- Default time period: The results of the last 30 days are displayed. You can adjust this period using the calendar tool in the top-right corner.
- To modify the period: click on the calendar, choose a period manually or from the predefined ranges, then click Apply

Compare data: Use the data comparison tool to track campaign performance over time.
- Select a reference period and a comparison period via the calendar, then click Apply.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- The main KPIs are displayed in a single row:
- Cost: Total budget spent
- Generated: Revenue generated
- Clicks: Number of clicks
- CPC: Average cost per click
- Conversions: Conversion rate
- ROAS: Return on ad spend
Campaign Results
- Campaign results for various channels are displayed as tables and charts:
- Metasearch Ads: Includes Google Hotel Ads, TripAdvisor, Trivago, Kayak, Skyscanner, Bing Hotel Ads, and Wego.
- Destination Ads: Includes Google Property Promotion Ads, Trivago Sponsored Listings, and TripAdvisor Sponsored Placement.
- Search Ads: Paid search campaigns.
- PMax: Performance Max campaigns.
- You can customize the displayed metrics using the gray arrow icon.
Navigation
- Navigate to different channels by selecting Products in the left-side menu.
If a channel isn’t subscribed to, detailed information and an option to request a demo will be displayed.
- Return to the homepage at any time by clicking the DMP logo in the top-left banner or the Home icon.
- Log out by clicking the icon in the top-right banner.
Menu

Campaign Manager - View the statistics for all hotels in your account across all metasearch platforms for the selected period.
- You can also activate and modify campaign settings via this menu.
The Settings tab provides access to the Bidding Center and Bidding Offline functions.
- Bidding Center: Configure bidding rules based on selected metrics. Example: Increase your bid by 5% if the impression share is below 90%.
- Bidding Offline: modify your campaign parameters in just a few clicks. Export current bid parameters, make changes, and re-import the updated file to automatically apply the changes
The Reports tab provides access to the Report Center and Alert Center functions:
- Report Center: Set up and schedule daily, weekly, or monthly reports. Customize the report type, data, frequency, period, recipients, etc.

Click New Report and choose one of the three available report types:
- Performance Report
- Billing Report
- Reservation Report
- Configure your report after selection.

Alert Center create alerts for:
- Metasearch Performance Alerts: Set alerts for specific thresholds (e.g., impression share below a percentage or conversion rate under 1% with more than 50 clicks). Example: an alert if your impression rate is below a certain percentage or if your conversion rate is below 1% with more than 50 clicks.
- Budget Alerts: Get notified when your budget approaches a set limit to prevent campaign interruptions. Example: an alert when your budget reaches a certain limit, which will prevent a campaign interruption
- Groups tab allows creating hotel groups to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, applying the same bid settings across your chosen metasearch platforms.
- Reservations tabs allow accessing the complete list of bookings made via your metasearch campaigns.

- View details such as booking number, last-click date, reservation date, check-in/out dates, number of nights, amount, status, metasearch channel, and bidding system.
- Use filters to search for specific bookings.
Campaign Management

Activate Campaigns
- Select a channel, then locate your hotel by clicking All Hotels under the Campaign Manager tab. Click Apply.

Set a monthly budget cap:
- This step is mandatory—campaigns won’t launch without a global budget cap.
- Click on the Budget field

- Enter the desired amount (minimum €150).
- Customize monthly budgets
- The default configured budget will apply to all months of the year. However, you can set a different budget cap in advance for each month of the year
- Click on Apply to save.
- This monthly budget cap is not necessarily the amount that will be spent; it is a spending limit. Once this budget is reached, the campaigns will automatically stop. On the first day of the following month, the campaigns will automatically resume with the same budget cap.

Adjust budgets as needed
- This budget can be increased at any time if it is reached before the end of the month. Simply click on the rectangle and add the amount you wish to credit. For example, if your initial budget was €200 and you want to add €50 to reopen your campaigns, you need to enter “€250.”
- This global budget will be allocated based on clicks across the active channels. However, you can set a cap at the level of one or more comparators if you wish. This is not mandatory.

Monitor spending
- Once the campaigns are activated, the percentage of the budget spent will be displayed next to your budget cap: Budget Spent. This allows you to track expenses and add budget as needed.

Configure Metasearch Platforms
- After setting a global budget, configure individual platforms to display your hotel's best prices:
- Access the settings page for a specific platform by clicking directly on it or using the dropdown menu.
- Refer to the documentation for detailed configuration instructions for each platform
