For any questions regarding your commercial contract terms or to request an amendment, please contact your Sales representative or dedicated Account Manager (if applicable).

How do I terminate my contract?
Please ensure you are respecting the terms and duration outlined in your contract.
If your contract is nearing its end and you would like to proceed with termination, send an email to your Account Manager (if applicable) or to DMPsupport@cendyn.com, including your hotel name and WIHP ID.
Our team will handle the closure of your account and notify the Finance department to take appropriate action.
