If you have a query about a payment or suspect that an invoice was paid twice, please send a request based on Invoice ID with the following details:

- Hotel name
- WIHP ID
- Invoice number

I have already paid an invoice, but I still receive a payment reminder — what should I do?
If you’ve already made a payment and received a reminder in error, please send request based on Invoice ID and include:

- Proof of payment (e.g. bank confirmation or payment receipt)
Our Finance team will verify the payment and update your records accordingly.
