There are different type of users
Main Users: User that have access to the overall DMP Account. Main users are created by Cendyn Support Team.
Sub Users: User that have access to specifics hotels under the DMP Account. These users can be created or by Cendyn Team or by the client himself.
How to create a Sub user
- Log in to your DMP account and click on your profile on the right Corner
- Select “Users”:
- Create a new user and click on Add
- Add Username (email), First Name, Last Name
- Choose Language (English or French)
- Choose Status (Active or Inactive)
- The user has now been created.
How to assign accounts Access
- You now have to assign accounts access to this user.
- Click on Accounts Access > Select An Account > Choose the account
- Validate your choice

Choose Permissions : Read Only or Write
READ ONLY : the user will only have a view of the stats without any possibility to update bidding options.
READ WRITE so the user will have access to the whole hotel management.
- Then click on the pencil under “Actions” and select which hotel this user will have access to. You can select all the hotels or a select few.
- Click on Save
- Click on Accounts Access > Select An Account > Choose the account
6. Save your selections and changes and you will see the number of hotels now associated to the user.
7. Then ask the user created to click on Forgot Password? on the DMP platform login page to create its password.
