The Bidding Offline allows a user to export bids to an Excel spreadsheet. After modifying the bids, the user can then import them to apply on DMP.

From the home page, navigate to the Meta Search page on the left hand side menu, click on Settings > Bidding Offline and stay on the Export tab

Exporting a File

• Select a Date Range
• Choose the Export Level (Hotel or Group)

• Specify the Metasearch Platform
• Choose the breakdown for the metasearch (optional)
• Click Export. The Bidding file scheduled for export will be sent to the user email.

• After modifying the bids, navigate to the Import section

1. • Choose the Import Level (Hotel or Group)
   • Select the relevant Metasearch Platform 

1. • Upload the file you exported and edited earlier as per the previous step
   • Click on Import
