We are experiencing delays in campaign sends. The emails are queued and processing. The delays started on May 20, 2025, at 0941AM EST (1341 GMT). Campaigns will continue to be sent from eInsight, but the expected arrival into the guest's inbox will be delayed.
We are investigating the delays with our email service provider and will provide an update within the hour. We apologize for any inconvenience it might cause.
