Smarter Cookie Notices Based on Location
Your Booking Engine just got smarter with automated, region-specific cookie consent—helping you stay compliant with global privacy laws like the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Auto-Detect Privacy Compliance (Based on IP Location)
The system now detects the guest's region via their IP address and displays the appropriate cookie notice automatically.

Tailored Consent Experience
The cookie consent banner dynamically adjusts its design and messaging depending on where the guests is browsing from.

Multi-Language Support for Accessibility Statements
You can now manage your property's Accessibility Statement in multiple languages directly from the CRS. That means guests browsing in different languages will see the statement in their preferred language—making things more inclusive and compliant.
If a language-specific version of the statement isn’t provided in the CRS, the link to view it won’t appear for guests browsing in that language. This ensures guests only see accurate, localized content.
Improved One-Time Passcode (OTP) Login Experience
We’ve enhanced the two-factor authentication (2FA) process to make guest logins more secure—and smoother.
Here’s what’s new:
- Smarter design: The OTP pop-up now shows exactly where to enter the code and confirms the (masked) email address it was sent to, making things clearer and more secure.
- Better timing: Guests can request a new OTP after just one minute, giving them flexibility without overwhelming the system.
- Consistent branding: The OTP email now uses our updated template, so it matches the look and feel of your other guest communications.
Deep Link for Direct Guest Login
Make guest access easier with our new deep link login feature! Hotels can now share a direct link that opens the login pop-up automatically—no extra clicks needed.
Just add redirect_login=true
to your property URL, and guests will be prompted to log in or sign up as soon as the page loads. It’s a simple way to create a smoother, faster sign-in experience.
Default Cancellation & Denial Reasons Now Available
We’ve made it easier to understand why bookings get cancelled or denied. A built-in list of default reasons now appears in both the Call Center and Booking Engine, helping agents and guests select the most accurate option. It’s a great way to uncover trends and improve guest experience. Want to tailor the list? No problem—these defaults can be edited or removed to match each property’s needs.
Upgraded Amenities Screen for Easier Management
Managing amenities just got a refresh. We’ve redesigned the amenities screen to make it more intuitive and efficient—giving you better control over what guests see, both on your Booking Engine and across GDS channels.
What’s new:
- Visual updates: The amenities list screen now displays the selected or uploaded icon next to each amenity. (Icons apply to RT4 Booking Engine properties only.)
- Smarter editing: Easily multi-select amenities across property-level, common room, and room-specific categories.
- Flexible icon options: You can still choose from the FontAwesome library or upload your own custom icons.
- Sticky selections: Navigate between tabs without losing your previous selections.
- Custom names: Display names remain fully customizable for your Booking Engine.
- GDS visibility: Any amenities you add will now also be displayed on GDSs—helping you maintain consistency and attract the right guests across all booking channels.
- Legacy-friendly: Custom amenities are labeled as “OTHERS” to ensure backward compatibility.

Manage Terms & Conditions Directly in the CRS
A simpler way to manage your property’s Terms & Conditions is now available.
You’ll find the new section here: CRS > Property Management > Property Defaults > Terms and Conditions.
Here’s what you can do:
- Easily update property-specific Terms & Conditions—whether you’re onboarding a new hotel or updating an existing one.
- Support for multiple languages—just enter translations directly in CRS, and guests will see the appropriate version based on their browser language.
- Stay in the loop—existing hotels will receive an alert whenever this page is updated so they can make sure their Terms & Conditions stay current.
Heads up: This section is mandatory for new hotels. It's one less thing to worry about keeping consistent across your Booking Engine.

Smarter Calendar Sync with Duetto DRE
We’ve enhanced how the Booking Engine calendar interacts with Duetto’s DRE to provide a more accurate view when COMP restrictions are defined.
The CRS can now be configured to:
- Display COMP-eligible dates directly on the RT4 calendar
- Reflect member-specific rates per date (as if booking a one-night stay)
- Deliver a more accurate pricing view for COMP-eligible and loyalty guests
To enable it, set the CRS to query the following endpoint: https://dre.duettoresearch.com/v1/query/arrival
This improvement ensures guests see exactly what’s available—no guesswork, just clean, reliable availability and rates.
