We’ve rolled out a set of powerful updates to the Cendyn CMS to help you manage content more efficiently and with greater control. From bulk content editing via import/export tools to more precise scheduling for promo tiles and improved editing for system pages, these enhancements are designed to save you time and streamline your workflows. All features are now live and ready to use.

Content Import & Export: Manage bulk content with ease

Updating large volumes of content just got a whole lot easier. You can now import and export content across a wide range of CMS modules using CSV files—perfect for bulk edits, version tracking, or content migration. Simply head to any supported module, export selected or all records, make your updates in the CSV file, and re-import when ready.

A downloadable template is available for each module, and when you re-import edited records, they’ll update the existing entries and save a new version for tracking. Just be sure not to change the field names in the top row of the template.

This feature is now live for the following CMS content modules:
Labels, Special Offers, Blog, Careers, Menu Showcase, FAQs, Points of Interest, Press Room, ACM, Pages, Brands, Venue Showcase, Classifiers, Event Calendar, Properties, Forms, Rooms, Promo Tiles, Loyalty, and URL Management.

Promo Tile Scheduled Publishing: Time content to the minute

The “Publish Later” option for promo tiles just got more powerful. In addition to choosing a future publish date, you can now schedule exact start and end times—making it easier to coordinate promos, campaigns, or seasonal content with precision. Say goodbye to content gaps and hello to perfectly timed guest experiences.

System Page Updates: Drafts, versions & previews

Admins can now better manage system pages—like 404 error pages—thanks to new support for draft views, version history, and live previews. This means you can review changes and ensure everything looks just right before hitting save.
