Transactional Campaigns: Smarter Setup, Smoother Configuration
Setting up your default and segmented transactional campaigns is now easier and more foolproof. With new validations in place, configuring for multiple hotels, languages, and event types is more straightforward—making sure your guests always get the right message.
Use segmentation to target specific guest groups or rely on default campaigns when no language preference is specified. Either way, setup just got a whole lot more intuitive.

Staging Transactionals: Preview Before You Go Live
Launching a new transactional campaign? Now you can preview exactly what your guests will receive before flipping the switch.
The updated Staging feature now shows a list of transactional emails created while in staging mode—right in the Campaign Report > Bookings screen. See live data in personalization tags and get full visibility into what would have been sent to guests if the campaign was activated.
The total bookings shown reflect all reservations, but the list will show both staged and live transactionals (new, modified, and canceled). Just click the Bookings column for details.
PriorityQ: Less Typing, More Personalizing
We’ve made it easier to personalize transactional messages using PriorityQ.
Now, sender details for PriorityQ campaigns are auto-filled by the campaign selected, so you don’t have to enter them every time. Plus, you can now categorize email templates specifically for PriorityQ, making them easier to find when you need them.

Loyalty Segmentation Filters: More Options, More Precision
Cendyn Loyalty customers—you’re getting new ways to slice and dice your audience for highly targeted campaigns. You can now segment by:
- Membership Stage
- Number of Children on the Member Profile
- Nationality
- Membership Region
- Membership Tier Start Date
- Enrolled Region
This makes it easier to tailor your outreach based on how guests engage with your loyalty program.
Loyalty Personalization Tags: Speak Directly to Your Members
You can now personalize loyalty campaign emails even further with new loyalty-specific tags. In addition to tags like Member ID, you can now use:
- Membership Stage
- Member’s Middle Name
- Number of Children
It’s a subtle but effective way to make emails more relevant and personal.
Dashboard KPIs: See What’s Working at a Glance
Want a quick view of how your automations and workflows are performing? New Dashboard KPIs now let you track:
- Revenue generated from workflows
- Bookings tied to automation campaigns
No more digging—just head to the dashboard and see the metrics that matter.
Data Dictionary: More Languages, More Flexibility
The Data Dictionary now supports up to five language variants per description field. This gives you the power to dynamically display content—like room type descriptions—based on a guest’s language preference using personalization tags.
Confirmation Numbers: Now Easier to Find
Need to quickly find a booking? You can now add Confirmation Number to your preferred booking columns in Account Settings.
Once enabled, you’ll see the confirmation number in:
- The Contact profile
- The Booking Details view
- A new column on the Booking Management screen
Follow the video above to enable confirmation numbers across these views.
Audience Lists: More Detail, More Clarity
If you’re using the Audience List API, you’ll now receive enhanced contact details in the response—including name, phone number, email, and unsubscribe date.
Also, the contact count displayed now accurately reflects only the number of active contacts associated with that specific list.
Salutation Tags: Personalized Greetings in Any Language
When you're including salutations in guest communications—like “Dear Professor” or “Your Honor”—being able to display them in the guest’s preferred language adds a thoughtful, respectful touch.
With this update, you can now build a Data Dictionary for salutations, mapping incoming values for each booking to their appropriate translation. Then, simply use the corresponding personalization tag in your email templates to display the right salutation dynamically.
It’s a small detail that makes a big impression.
