Central Reporting is the online tool for enterprise-wide reporting provided with the NextGuest CRM solution. Central Reporting offers a web-based front end that allows all Intranet users of the hotel chain to access and take advantage of this reporting application if they have the respective access rights.
Central Reporting is accompanied by an extensive and detailed standard set of reports covering all modules of NextGuest CRM, including internal maintenance and track reports. Further reports can be customized on request.
Which report groups and reports you actually see depend on your access rights and on the modules you have purchased.
