The CRM Reports group specifically targets all information stored with your central guest profiles and any attached information (including stay and revenue information resulting from assigned PMS profiles).
The CRM Reports include the report groups for Marketing Campaign reports and Loyalty reports (only with Loyalty add-on module.)
You can use the reports to find out what your guests do and what they don’t do, for instance.
- Show me all guests with the interest SPA and a minimum room revenue of x, who have not stayed at one of our hotels in the past year.
- Show me our top x producers from channel y in the past year in terms of total revenue or room revenue (top producer report.)
- Show me guests of a certain age, region, interest, or other property that have never stayed in brand x (brand refuser report.)
- Show me what region my guests come from (country and zip code distribution.)
- Show me the number of member guests, their birthday, the break-down by age groups, interests and preferences (member guest statistics.)
Each report comes with a set of report filters that vary slightly depending on the focus of the report. Report filters range from a selection of date ranges, hotels, geographic or demographic filters, such as city, zip code, age and gender to production and stay details.
The below table shows typical report filters available with CRM reports.
