Proposals customers who also use Delphi.fdc can integrate the two products so that event details entered in a Delphi booking will conveniently populate new proposals in Cendyn Proposals.
Getting started
Contact your Amadeus Hospitality rep for inquiries on how to purchase the integration with Proposals.
To test sending an online proposal
- Log in to Delphi.fdc.
- Create a Delphi direct key booking with rooms, rates, and/or events.
- Save the booking in prospect status and make sure it is for a future date.
- Select Send Proposal located at the top of your screen.
- Select the Send Proposal button again.
- Complete all fields in Step 1, then click Next at the bottom of the page.
- Complete any additional information in the proposal, such as entering comments, adding attachments, etc.
- Click Save to save the proposal as a draft and send it to the client at a later time. Or, click Preview to review the proposal as the client will see it. After it has been verified, close the browser window and click Send.
Criteria to send an online proposal
- You must be sourced on the booking or have Administrator/Director-level access.
- The booking contact must have an email entered in the Contact Manager.
- The booking’s arrival date and decision due date must be in the future.
- Your email must be entered in your sales rep profile in Delphi Setup.
- You must have an eProposal login with the same email.
- You must have Internet access.
Additional information
- Your customer will receive an email with a link to access the proposal.
- The customer can forward the proposal to additional people if needed (for example, key decision makers or conference planners).
- You will receive an email when your customer has viewed the proposal.
- You will receive an email if the proposal has not been viewed after four days.

Copy the URL for the sent proposal and paste it into an activity in the Delphi booking for quick access later.
