If you have forgotten your login information, use the ‘Forgot Password’ option on the login page to receive a password change email.

• Navigate to the login page
• Enter your email address and click Next

• At the Password prompt, select ‘Forgot Password’

• Click ‘Send Email’ on the Forgot Password pop-up
