Easily update fonts and colors to infuse your reports and dashboards with your corporate look and feel for that extra wow factor.

Getting Started

In Edit mode, select a visualization to update. Select the Format icon in the Visualization pane and you'll  see which Formatting cards are available for the visualization type you've selected.

Continue below with the types of updates you desire.

Update Fonts

You can change fonts in these Formatting cards: Legend, X axis, Y axis, Data labels, Title and Tooltip. To update your titles, select the down arrow to expand the Title card about halfway down the list of Formatting cards. Scroll down to see more of the Title Formatting card. Here you can update all aspects of the titles found within the visualization.

Update Colors

You can change colors in these Formatting cards: Legend, Title, X axis, Y axis, Data Colors, Data labels, Shapes (for data markers), Background, Border, Shadow, Tooltips and Visual headers.

Click on the down arrow of a Color: 

and choose a new color from Theme colors, Recent colors, or More colors. 

Click on More colors to enter your brand colors using RGB values or Hex Color Codes. 

Update the colors depicting data

To change the colors used to display the data within a visualization, follow the steps above then select the Data Colors Formatting card.

Each color used for data contained within the visualization will appear here as a swatch. Select one to update it.

Choose More Colors to enter your brand colors using RGB values or Hex Color Codes. 

Choose another swatch and update it

Your visualization will now display with your brand colors.
