Release notes - October 21, 2021
We're pleased to announce an enhancement coming to NextGuest CRM to help improve email deliverability rates. You will now be able to dedupe your recipients when scheduling Marketing and Sales Campaigns, and for campaigns using an A/B Split. This enhancement could improve or protect your reputation with mailbox providers.
The dedupe enhancement will be deployed on October 25, 2021. Read on below for more information about this new feature.
We have also created a best practice guide to help you manage your email marketing metrics given the recent changes brought about from Apple's latest Mail Privacy Protection feature. If you haven't heard about this change, you can read about it in our recent blog.
Deduping Recipient Emails
When using the Scheduler to send Marketing and Sales Campaigns, the Scheduler setup will now include dedupe functionality. Here, you can choose the sequence that determines which addresses should be kept and which should be removed.
We have also extended the dedupe functionality for campaigns using an A/B Split, to ensure recipients only receive the intended campaign.
