Non-stay rules govern programs where members can earn and redeem points for Food & Beverage (F&B) purchases.

Feature functionality requires supporting F&B management system integrations. Only Admin users can access and edit Loyalty Rules.

Select Loyalty Rules

Select the Loyalty Rules tab from the top navigation.

Add a Rule

Select the Non-Stay Rules tab. Then select +Add Rule.

Create a Rule

Complete the fields in the Rule Data tab and Rule Restrictions tabs of the Loyalty Rule window, then select Save.

Edit an Existing Rule

Select the Edit icon for the corresponding rule you wish to edit.

Expired/inactive rules can be edited, even though the edit icon may be grayed out. Edit expired/inactive rules to reactivate them or for accuracy purposes. When editing a current rule, review content on both tabs prior to saving.
