We're very excited to announce the latest enhancement coming to Cendyn’s eLoyalty on October 28, 2021 and can't wait to hear what you think.
This latest feature available to eLoyalty customers enables hotels to include their food and beverage (F&B) outlets as guest touchpoints in their loyalty program. Points from F&B purchases and room stays allow hoteliers to deliver a seamless loyalty engagement experience throughout the travel journey.
This new feature offers incredible opportunities for you to expand the reach of your loyalty program, increase member enrollments and encourage brand adoption. Here are just a few examples:
- Drive locals to dine more often and accrue points to use for staycations.
- Add sign-up kiosks to your F&B outlets to drive new member enrollments.
- Create F&B offers to foster more direct bookings and engagement with your brand.
Points earned through F&B purchases will be automatically added toward members' total points in the member portal and are redeemable based on your loyalty program rules.
*Feature functionality requires supporting F&B management system integrations.
Enabling Points for F&B Revenue
Admin users will be able to easily enable and configure non-stay (F&B) rules for their loyalty program. This includes the number of points earned on a specified amount of revenue, which member levels/tiers are eligible, and the minimum spend required, among other parameters.
