Release notes - December 02, 2021
We're pleased to share the latest enhancements coming to NextGuest CRM on December 07, 2021. The Guest Communication Overview Report will include new fields for a more detailed and granular analysis of click and bounce rates for your transactional emails. This additional data will help you further identify successes and opportunities across your campaign performance, so you can focus your efforts to optimize your email program where they're needed most.
We're also updating our Oracle integrations to support even more customer use cases.

Expanded Click & Bounce Rate Visibility
We're enhancing the Guest Communication Overview Report to align with the added value you already enjoy in the Guest Campaign Overview Report by adding data fields and updating select header labels. The Guest Communication Overview Report can be found in the Central Reporting module of the CRM.
Data Label Changes (Old > New)
- Sent > Delivered
- Percent > Link Clicked Rate
- Opened > Unique Opened
New Data Fields
- Job ID
- Delivery Rate
- Click to Open Rate
- Hard Bounce
- Soft Bounce
- Total Opened
Update to OXI Importation of FIN_TRX
FIN_TRX (Stay Financial Transactions) will be imported via the OPERA Xchange Interface (OXI) regardless of whether the corresponding stay is located or not at the time of import. Since stay transactions are usually received only once, this enhancement will ensure the capture of this critical data.
Update to OWI Importation of OXI Data
Previously, incorrectly formatted messages imported from OXI via the Opera Web Integration (OWI) were discarded. Moving forward, this data will be saved to be used for debugging. The corresponding log files will also be upgraded for improved debugging.
