The Alternate Properties menu can assign specific properties as additional options in case of an unsuccessful availability search. This functionality can be used for GDS and Web Channels.

Navigate to Property Management > Alternate Properties and select Add property for GDS or/and Web Channel.

Enter the Property code which we want to add as an alternate property and click on Save.

Alternate properties display when there is no availability or when restrictions are set.

Note: You can only add alternate properties if they have been set up in CRS.
