Rate plans can have multiple access codes linked to one rate plan. Moreover, you can use alternate rate plan names for each access code. In this case, each access code will auto-generate its own promotional URL for a unique rate plan landing page.

To search or create a new access code, go to Rate Plans >Manage Access Code, enter the Rate plan name and click on Go:

Click on the Add new access code for (...):

Complete the following fields:

• Alternate Name: This is the alternative rate plan name that will be displayed to the customer on the booking engine and rate plan edit page (optional)
• Access Code: This is the code that the customer will need to enter on the booking engine in order to access the rate
