Rate Grid History report provides information on the inventory and rate changes made during the last three months through the Rate Grid or House Controls menus. Rate Grid History shows the history of the rate grids that are created by us. This helps us to keep track of all the rate grids.
Generating the report
Navigate to: Rates and Inventory > Rate Grid History
Select the Property from the drop-down list.
Select the Date of Update from the calendar option. It refers to the date when the updates were made to the rates or inventory.
Select the Rate Grid Date from the calendar option. It refers to the date range selected in the rate grid while applying a rate plan to a date range.
For the Updated From field, select Rate Grid or House Control based on the menu from which the rate and inventory changes were made,
Click on View Report to see the change history.
Note: The history of rate grid updates is stored for the last three months.
