Pegasus CRS allows you to group related rate plans and associate them with a common rate plan tag. For example, you can group all promotional rate plans together and associate them with a rate plan tag called Promo. Using these rate plan tags, you can apply bulk restrictions using the House Controls menu. You can, for example, apply a minimum length of stay restriction for all promotional rate plans by applying house controls on the Promo rate plan tag.

You can also create multiple rate plan tags and to apply multiple tags to a single plan.

Updating Rate Plan Tags

Navigate to: Rate Plans> Rate Plan Tags

Click Create New Tag. This displays the Create/Edit Tag.

Enter the Tag Name. For example, Corporate or OTA and click Save.

Rate Plan Tags Association

Navigate to: Rate Plans> Rate Plan Tags

Select the corresponding checkboxes to associate the rate plans with the rate plan tags and save your changes.
