This option allows you to understand detailed historical changes in RVNG for your pricing, restrictions and Inventory.

It is also recommended to use this functionality once a channel has been activated, to ensure the correct data has been received and applied within Pegasus.

From the Dashboard, go to Inventory/Rate History and select the history type:

• Inventory History for room counts and restriction updates.
• Rate History for rate prices updates.
• Rate Setup history is not required.

Select the rate or item you wish to check updates for (Leave unselected to display all).

Select Date Change Applied from the Search on drop down menu or select Date(s) Affected for a specific date.

Enter a date range and click on View History.

This screen displays the rate price per room, per person (Adult 1, Adult 2).

Inventory Results Screen

This screen displays the room inventory (Qty) and the sell restriction (Sell Rule).

Availability Counts

Availability Counts can be sent at Room Type level or at the Rate/Item intersection.

If the User column shows System, the updates were sent in by a third-party system/channel manager. In other cases, the user’s login name will be displayed.
