The Rate Calendar shows a snapshot of the hotels availability by room type (item) or rate.  It can be broken down into how many have been sold, available day by day over 7 or 14 days.

Filter Options can be used to change the screen display to show inventory values, sell rules, policies and pricing for multiple rooms (items) all on the same screen. Click on the Filter icon to see and select from the available options.

Set the Rate Calendar to Availability Mode to view only or Inventory Mode  to enable make on-screen changes.

Set the calendar to a different date range, by using the arrows or selecting a specific date.

Choose whether the calendar should display 7 Days or 14 Days at once.

If you have access to multiple hotels, use this Search field to change from one to the other.

Use the rate calendar Settings to pre-define which filter options, view mode or calendar display should always be selected by default.

Lists all room types (items) that are available in the hotel. Rooms will be displayed in the order that they are shown in Inventor/Rates.

Select Rate/Item to see your rate plans or Property Inventory to see the room types.
