The Preferences screen shows your Hotel’s default settings and policies. These preferences are used as inherited values when building rooms and rate plans but can be overridden for specific date ranges.
Changing a default Preference setting
Click on Edit next to the applicable preference.
Select the value from the Preference Value Drop-down list and save your changes.
Adding a new Preference
Click on Add New . You will have to select a Preference Type, then repeat the two previous steps.
Do not make changes to the following policies:
PMM - Default Currency
PMM - Default Language- English
PMM - Property Time Zone
PMM - Generate OTA upon Checkin
PMM - Item Wizard / Disable Non-smoking Logic for Code Generation
