We're pleased to share our latest NextGuest CRM enhancement, which was deployed on May 16 and 17, 2022. It includes an update for our API as well as an enhancement to our Manual Revenue Input (MRI) application, and a brand-new integration with the mobile wallet marketing platform Captain Wallet. NextGuest Web Service API Updates

We’ve added several data fields to our API to cover even more use cases related to loyalty and digital wallet enrollment:

The MemberProfileGet and MemberProfileUpdate calls have been updated to allow the exchange of the following digital wallet information.

We also added the GuestCard section to the MemberProfileCreate call to enable you to define which card level a new loyalty member should be enrolled.

Lastly, we added ProfileAccessToken to the MemberProfileCreate and MemberProfileUpdate calls.

New Integration with 

NextGuest CRM now offers an integration with the mobile wallet marketing platform Captain Wallet, providing loyalty members the convenience of storing their member card in a mobile wallet. This integration also enables NextGuest CRM users to specifically target profiles with an active or inactive wallet for marketing campaigns. In the event that a loyalty membership is terminated, Captain Wallet will be notified so that the member card is deleted from the mobile wallet.

Net Revenue Supported for Manual Revenue Input (MRI) application

With MRI, our users can manually add revenue records from on-property retail outlets, spas, F&B outlets and more to enrich their CRM data. We have now added net revenue as a new input field as seen below.
